After winning of the biggest European F3J competition in France - Philip won also the second biggest F3J competition Hollandglide with 130 pilots. Mr. Dudeldidu did the same as last year and won the competition. Karl Hinsch in second place. Both flying Pike Perfect. Congratulation!

13-14.6.2009 - Jura Cup Eurotour - Double Victory
Philip Kolb won again in one of the biggest competitions this year. The competition in Arbois was probably a good test for next years World Championship (not on the same field though).
Congratulation to Philip. Philip flew two morning rounds with his Perfect ET. Preliminary rounds was won by Timo Ganser, German junior flying with PIKE Perfect.

Jaroslav Vostrel won preliminary rounds and came 3rd in Eurotour F3J in Podhorany, Czech Republic. 5 Perfect's in the final. Very difficult flying conditions.

It was very windy comepetition and sometimes it looked more like running race, very difficult
The best in fly off was Jan Vacha who returned after 3 years study break. He showed good feeling for thermals with his Superior and he won with piece of luck. 2nd was junior Tomáš Kadlec with Perfect. 3rd Jiri Ducháň with Perfect.

On the 2nd and 3rd of May the annual Bulgaria Cup F3J was held in Dupnitsa beneath the Rila Mountain Range in Bulgaria. philip won again a clean 103% win in the Eurotour. Murat Esibatir won the Balkan Cup with the new Perfect ET

New Pike Perfect ET
(Extended Tips) released
Vlastimil flew the new ET tips on Tuesday before the North Cyprus F3J Open. and in the weekend Jojo won the North Cyprus F3J Open 2009.
The new tips makes the Pike Perfect 3,78m and is made to improve circling performance and dead air time. The weekends competition shows that it is also performing well in both high winds with ballast and normal conditions.

PIKE Perfect again world champion thanks to Giovanni Gallizia from Italy. Congratulation!

2nd Jiri Duchan with PIKE Perfect. with the same number of points as beneding Feigl so results of preliminary rounds decided the world champion this time.

* Fuses for 2.4 GHz as suggested by Larry Jolly has proven good and many satisfied pilots already use these fuses. Double World Champion David Hobby from Australia will fly with this version at coming WC 2008 in Turkey.

* Very demanding electro version of PIKE Perfect will be put into production in July 2008. You can see the prototype of electro version on THIS PAGE
* JK Edition - There has been developed a new version of PIKE Perfect on request of Jan Kohout. He required high stiffness with low weight and possibility of using ballast. this version has full carbon fuselage, new ballast system, tape instead of epoxy wipers on ailerons and minimum quantity of epoxy and paint. This version is usable for all conditions except the extremely windy conditions, where carbon socks in ailerons are needed to prevent flutter. Flying weight of this universal version is 2050-2070 g.
Full carbon SL version 1950 g is usable only for light conditions

NEWS for F3J 2007
After successful season 2006 for Perfect this model came through some small aerodynamical and construction modifications. We concentrated on the weak points where model suffered during hard landing, we managed to reinforce these places and keeping the same weight. The actual flying weight of the mostly used and universal full 68 carbon version is 2150-2200g. At the end of last year the demand for super light Perfect increased. We developed special super light version for very weak conditions that is also full
carbon. Flying weight of this version is 1950 g. Some of the competitions this year confirmed justness of this version for calm conditions. Lots of testing and measurements of performance confirmed difference comparing to standard carbon 68 version. But this version make sense only for calm no thermal conditions. WE also considered v-tail version, that's weight would be even 100g lower (1850 g of sl version and 2050-2100 g of carbon 68). But we relinquished from this idea for now because of the worse handling of all v-tail models and also because of the low demand for F3J models with v-tails in general.
